What are you passionate about? Affinitive is seeking an organized, creative and talented individual to handle the day-to-day management of Word-of-Mouth (WOM) and social media-driven marketing programs for major brands across various industry verticals.
You should have a background or interest in honest, ethical consumer-focused marketing strategy and word of mouth marketing, an active Twitter and Facebook account, be eager and willing to contribute new ideas, be on top of industry innovations and trends, and have proven experience managing content and user-experience online.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Contribute to strategic planning and execution of innovative, non-traditional marketing initiatives.
-Design and write content to engage and educate consumers within online customer communities, consumer panels, and other social platforms Examples include blogs, tweets, status updates, email newsletters, outreach, forums and promotions.
-Monitoring, reporting and analysis of program results and preparation of internal and client reports.
-Develop and implement ideas and conduct outreach to drive audience growth, participation/engagement, consumer insights and brand advocacy.
-Manage branded social media profiles (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), social applications, and widgets.
Qualifications and Experience:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
-3-5 years experience in digital marketing
-Personal and professional experience with using/interacting with various forms of social media communities and platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Digg, Tumblr, etc. (send us your links!)
-Passion and excellent knowledge of emerging online marketing techniques and technologies
-Experience in writing marketing communications targeting a wide range of audiences
-Proven ability to manage multiple projects, organize data, and set priorities
-Not necessary but a bonus if you have advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS, content management systems, and web design tools (Fireworks, Photoshop, Flash)
-Hard working, excellent attention to detail, and fun to work with!
